Upgraded from G4 to G6. Can all my info be transferred to the new phone, including apps and photos? How do I accomplish this? null

I downloaded a free transfer app and everything transferred over from my old Samsung phone to my new Motorola phone.

Hi ClayBat6872, thanks for your interest in our product. If your phone is sync to your Gmail account, you could have access to it by adding the account to the phone. However, this could not backup the applications. We suggest downloading a third-party transfer app to assist you with the transfer. -Jhei
