A:Answer Doesn't matter if it is or not. Do yourself a favor and don't go with Boost. They are terrible for service, I should know. I've been a customer for years and then this past July they sold out, and service has been horrible. Right now, I can't even send text messages and voice is spotty. I am the walking ad for "can you hear me now". So, looking for a new carrier. I'd suggest Visible on the Verizon network. Or anything else. But don't choose Boost, you will be sorry.
