A:AnswerWell I bought it for my 10 yr old. He has dropped it however i have a screen protector and a case with a raised rubberizedtop and bottom. He had a samsung previously and broke it with a case on. The key point is the phone is inexpensive to replace or repair compared to 460.00 to repair the samsungs. Accidents hapoen but i think with the right pritective gear, youll be fine. It has been dropped 3 times that Ive eitnessed with the case and only the screen protector chipped, not the phone.

A:AnswerMine had a problem working with Sprint. The salesman had to uncheck one of the functions on screen. He chose wifi calling, which is a stupid function anyway, and everything worked fine.
