• The backs are not interchangeable. You would have to return the leather-backed device (if you're within your return period) and purchase the bamboo instead.

• I have heard mixed things. A Verizon store rep swore his friend sent his phone into Motorola to change the back, but when I tried to do it, they wanted me to return the phone and get a redemption PIN. Good luck!

• No, it is literally the back to the phone that will be leather or bamboo, etc.. You cannot swap it out as it is not removable.
