• This phone is unlocked and is GSM and CDMA compatible (can be used with at&t, T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint). Just depends on what carrier you take it to, and what service is available in your area. I took this phone to straight talk and it's being used on Verizon towers.

• Yes you can I have Metro pcs which is the same network and I also tried my wife's Sim card which is T-Mobile and works perfectly fine
