- Answer While I cannot guarantee this most likely this phone has a new battery however refurbishing only means that the device has to look and perform like new when received. That is why most refurbished units have a 90 day warranty. If this really concerns you I would just go new as the price of this phone has gone up 2 within $20 of a new device.

- Answer The refurbishing process includes replacing any and all cosmetics as well as internals with new and/or reconditioned parts. A refurbished unit has to look and perform like new in order to be considered refurbished otherwise it is used

Questionthis cp is refurbished in what way? was it deffective that's why somebody returned it? its not abused or over used is it? scratches and dings? how about the battery is it still good? Is this returnable/refundable if found something wrong with it?

- Answer I don't know the specifics of what Best Buy does to their refurbished phones, but all I can say is that the unit I received was in perfect mint condition (no dings or scrathes whatsoever). It did not come with retail packaging (of course), and did not include the bumper case Moto ships the unit with, but otherwise everything was there (including the stock Turbo charger). I was impressed with the value of the refurb package.

- Answer Refurbished means reconditioned using new or used parts. cosmetically they phone looks brand new but may contain rebuilt parts. Mine came in a plain brown box. The answer above is incorrect because if the screen or body has scuffs or scratches then the item is USED and not refurbished.

- Answer I don't think so, I've bought mine and they gave me a white Samsung ac square plug with a purple usb to micro ubs cable, weird, I'm using my old Samsung's charger.
