We are in a rural part of Kansas and I can simply say it has no connectivity issues with Verizon. It actually seems to connect quicker than my iPhone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I cannot tell you about rural areas but I can tell you that WiFi is good and easy to pair your devices. The phone takes great pictures. I like to screen shot things and I love the ease of doing that. My greatest concern is that I continually get "Unfortunately Android system has stopped" when sending emails. I took the phone to the Geek Squad who told me my cache needed to be cleared. Even after clearing the cache I am still experiencing the same error message. However my emails still go through. The only other complaint is that the battery drains fast. I turbo charge my phone at least three times a day. That said I do use it for long periods of time. The turbo charger comes with the phone so it's really not that much of a nuisance. Overall I like this phone.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It really depends on what wireless carrier works best in your area. Because this is an unlocked phone you can use it with any carrier. You have to get a SIM card from whichever one you decide on. I would research which one has the best coverage for the areas you will be using it in. The camera is pretty good. 21mp is a good resolution, and takes good quality photos. The camera app is some what simple and doesn't offer a ton of manual options like some other phones. It does let you adjust the exposure or brightness and darkness of your photo with a slider as well as a circle you move on to your subject to auto-focus on. Then you just touch anywhere on the screen to take a picture. Another nice feature is it has a flash for selfies for the front facing camera.
