A:Answer That microcell would have to emulate one of the following network bands. The phone itself does work on AT&T. Though reception always varies from carrier to carrier, I've found this phone pulls in a better signal on Sprint's CDMA network (AT&T is GSM, so this may not compare). It worked so well, I returned my Sprint picocell AiRave station
