• Hello John, I guess you got it already but yes you can upgrade to 6.0. I understand it is better to do it clean. It was the first thing I did once I received the phone. Then I got the smaller SIM and put it on the network. You will want to do over WIFI.

• Just received the Moto X Pure and it came with 6.0 Marshmallow Installed. Although the specs said it had 5.1.1 newer inventory must be getting 6.0
