Even though it's a CDMA phone, it's still locked to Sprint, and the ESN/MEID/IMEI is not in US Cellular's database. Only way US Cellular would let this on their network is if they have a policy of adding other carrier's ESN/MEID/IMEI to their database. Check with US Cellular if they have such a policy. (If they do then you're in luck).
