This is the Sprint branded version, says so right in the title and description, so it is not unlocked. It is locked to Sprint. If you get Sprint to unlock it (after fulfilling whatever requirements they have before they unlock any of their devices) then you can use it with T-Mobile USA or any other GSM carrier.
