• I can do it on mine no problem. Put it on speaker phone, or use headphones. The only way the person on the other end of the call will be able to tell that you're surfing the webs is your lack of attention span.

• The Moto z2 play works great, you can use the internet while talking on the phone, you can even use the hotspot while talking on the phone.
