• Motorola's MT7711 Modem/router did NOT work for phone with Optimum/Altice/Cablevision/CableVision. Internet did work. Optimum rep said it was NOT on their compatible list to include phone service. Best Buy said it was. Rep recommended MG7550, MG7540, or MG7315. For now, we have reconnected the Optimum equipment and everything works, just not very far! JoWestport 7/7/21
