To check if it works with Red Pocket prepaid service, please refer to our carrier compatibility list here: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility. Regarding charging, the Moto Razr 2023 supports USB Type-C for charging and data transfer. It is not compatible with a USB micro plug, so you would need a USB Type-C charger. You can use a basic USB wall wart unit as long as it has a USB Type-C cable connected to it.
