- Answer If it will not start, are you pressing/holding the power button long enough? If no charge, is the charging element that's being used defective? I had this issue with another phone once...the cord was no good.

- Answer You can buy it now and have it when you need it. The battery in my previous phone started expanding pushing the back off. The sticker said the back was not removable and the battery not replaceable. I bought my razor online and at my convenience took it to Best Buy Geeks to make the swap. The trick is to do it before the old phone Dies.

- Answer It depends on the phone for trade in, but they took old Motorola razor 5g 2020. Gave me a gift card for the old phone. But I had to buy the new phone first then go to customer service for trade in.

- Answer Your phone shouldn't require activation, unless you've just gotten a new carrier. Taking out your sim card and putting it into your new phone should.transfer service to your new device!
