  • QuestionHi, I’m from Argentina and I wanted to ask if the device works while being unlocked from Movistar. In other words, I’d like to confirm that there would be no issues using it.

    Asked by ramrio.

    • Answer Hi Ramrio, Thank you for your inquiry. Our phones are designed to work in countries where you may be traveling; however, we cannot guarantee that all features will be fully supported. Compatibility depends on the local network bands and the mobile service provider. We recommend checking directly with your carrier to confirm whether your SIM card is expected to operate properly on the device. Please also note that we do not recommend purchasing a phone in one region for ongoing use in another. Motorola devices are covered by warranty only in the country or region where they are originally intended for sale. -Mitch

  • QuestionCan this phone do wireless charging while closed, or does it have to be open? I have a vertical charging stand and am hoping I can lean the phone against to stand while closed for charging.

    Asked by BobG.

    • Answer I probably shouldn't answer because I haven't charged my phone wirelessly but I can assume the answer is yes. The top part of the back of the phone is a screen so I'd guess the wireless charging happens from the bottom half and it most likely would charge closed or open. I will say the phone is heavy when closed because weight is now doubled therefore your stand should have a bottom support for the phone otherwise it might fall off when folded.

  • QuestionDoes this phone contain rubber latex?

    Asked by Kim.

    • Answer Hi Kim, Thank you for your inquiry. Motorola's materials policy, as outlined in our Corporate Responsibility Product Design section here: https://www.motorola.com/us/en/about/corporate-responsibility-product-design#materials, specifies that latex and latex compounds are classified as "Controlled Substances." These materials are limited for use in manufacturing processes or certain product applications, with use limits typically defined by national or international environmental regulations. Additionally, our Controlled and Reportable Materials Disclosure (Specification NO.1202897W18-MD) further emphasizes that latex and latex compounds are categorized as "Controlled" substances, with stringent reporting and compliance requirements for all parts and assemblies. Given these classifications, it is highly unlikely that the Moto Razr 2025 contains rubber latex components, parts, or coatings. -Mitch
