  • QuestionHow hard is it to switch from a Samsung galaxy S24 ultra to this phone, and then back ? There are some occasions where I would want to use this phone, like at work, and there are some occasions that I would want my Samsung galaxy.

Switching between your Samsung and your Moto Razr Ultra is generally straightforward, and many customers do exactly what you described—using one phone for work and switching back to the other when needed. As long as both phones are signed in with the same Google account, your contacts, calendar, photos, and most app data will automatically sync, which makes moving between devices much easier. When you switch phones, you would only need to move your SIM card (or re-activate your eSIM) to the phone you plan to use at that time. Please keep in mind that some apps may ask you to sign in again after switching, and features that are exclusive to Samsung devices will not carry over to the Moto Razr Ultra. Other than that, day-to-day use and data access should remain smooth when going back and forth between the two phones.     • Answer Hi Htailor, Thank you for your inquiry. The Moto Razr Ultra 2025 phone supports eSIM, and you can add one using the activation details provided by your European carrier. Once you have their QR code or activation code, open Settings, go to Network & Internet, select SIMs, and choose Add eSIM. From there, scan the QR code or enter the details to complete activation. If your carrier hasn’t given you an eSIM profile yet, they can generate one for you. -Mitch
