Contacts, photos, videos, messages, call logs, documents, and many settings will transfer. However, some app data, Samsung-specific apps/data may not transfer. Fingerprint and face unlock data also won’t transfer and must be set up again on the new phone. We suggest checking directly with Best Buy to confirm if they can assist with the transfer.
