The phone comes with a 90-day warranty card from Geek Squad. When I picked up the phone from Best Buy, the checkout clerk stated it would have the mfr warranty of 1 year as well, but that could be suspect since no other paperwork/warranty card is included. Motorola's website states the 1-yr warranty goes to the "original owner", so it depends on whether a returned/refurbished phone fits that definition. I haven't readily seen a place on the Motorola website to register any phones for warranty purposes. Frankly, most electronics will typically show any issues within the first 90 days, so I was willing to roll the dice.
