My unit came with a wall charger that does not support turbo charging! I am using an Aukey quick charge 2.0 wall charger that works great. Can fully charge battery in less than hour, which is better than I expected. I also bought a Qualcomm 2.0 certified car charger (USB plug), which allows me to fully charge battery over lunch or on way home from work. My battery has usually been lasting until about 9pm. Hope this helps.

No they gave us a regular charger I had to purchase a the turbo charger from Amazon.

No - mine just came with a junkie aftermarket wall charger. I already had a turbo charger - so it wasn't a deal breaker with me.
