I really like how Motorola stuck with the plain stock Android. The screen was of great quality, excellent storage capacity and awesome design. I did get this refurbished so the battery was fried within 12 months of purchasing but still loved it

I never actually used the refurb unit, as when I received it it did not have the OEM high-speed/turbo charger with it, and so I returned it. It had a standard, less wattage, Samsung charger in the box? Best Buy support in the local store was EXCELLENT! They worked with me and I am waiting now for a replacement with the correct parts. I highly recommend store pick up and checking packaging before accepting to make sure all parts are OEM or same type. I have purchased other refurb items from Best Buy and they are really good in my experience.

Great phone & camera low light photos so much better than may old phone. I did not want to spend a lot on phone but at the refurbished price it was well worth it (so far). I'd really prefer a removable battery but otherwise I like it a lot.

From other reviews. I contacted BB about quick charger. Two CSA assured me charger would be "oem" and "factory". It is. Just not Motorola quick charge. So, that's another 25 bucks to buy charger. USB cable was BB brand new. I will be buying a cable built for quick charge too. I did not attempt to contact BB. Others in reviews said they did. But, that 35 buck return has me worried. Phones in good shape otherwise. Would I recommend to friend? YES W STRONG WARNING ABOUT CHARGER

Stock Android. Great speakers. Good build. Display is nice and big with high resolution. Only bad thing about it is it's running a snapdragon 808

This phones video and audio guality are great for watching movies and facebook. The camera is great as well.

Moto X Pure edition refurbished phone. Works great, excellent like new physical condition. Upgraded to marshmallow 6.0 on activation. Motorola lists model online as scheduled to receive nougat 7.0 upgrade, but no timeline (brand new Moto Z yet to receive in USA). Only complaint is substandard wall charger included with unit. Does not allow "turbo charging" which is one of the phones best features and may damage battery life. I have been using a previously purchased Aukey quick charge 2.0 wall charger that does allow a full battery charge in less than an hour.

Great phone. Considering it is a 2 year old model, it's specs are comparable to new phones at 1/3 the price. Very fast charging with OEM Charger. Good camera but video doesn't have some features like zoom during playback. But still worth the price.

I bought this phone to replace another Motorola Moto X Pure that broke. The Good: This one despite being refurbished, had more memory and the gestures function better than the original it was bought to replace. It also cost about 30% less. The Bad: I requested it to be shipped to my house, instead it was shipped to the closest store 40 minutes away. The Ugly: The previous owners SIM card was still wedged in the slot out side the carriage and prevented the carriage and new SIM and SD card from being inserted. I had to fish it out carefuly.

The first two are apparently not refurbished probably, the screen was so heavily yellow tinted. The last one was perfect with beautiful screen. The phone is fast. Camera is so-so.

I love the phone but I want to know why it's only giving me an option to review the phone I bought this year and not the phone I bought last year. This is the second Moto X I purchased, come on Best Buy

This phone works well and has several great features for the price point. I have used Motorola for many years and the phones have always been great. Great camera and it charges quickly.

the price was right as the other reviewer say did not come with fast changing adapter but it is very good phone

Being an unlocked phone user, it has been difficult to locate a phone that i was happy with using. Prior to this purchase I picked up a Huawei Honor 5 x, WORST MISTAKE EVER! I finally decided to pick up the Moto X Pure and after a few days remembered why I originally used Motorola devices exclusively. I LOVE the phone and it is very similar to my Nexus 6. Of course, Motorola has put some bloatware on the phone that replicates most native Google apps. But, these are easily disabled. Just a note to the wise. If you use Motorola's voice assistance, you will not be able to use Google Now voice assistance. It took me a day to figure out why I Google Now was not launching when i said "OK, Google." It didn't ship with an OEM charger, which most people have noted. But, it is still a Quick Charge or Turbo Charge adapter. It is an OEM Samsung adapter and it works perfectly. I do not understand the frustration I have read in other reviews. I still have the Quick Charge adapter from my Nexus 6 and it works fine. I suppose missing the logo on the charger case just eats some people's lunch.

We couldn't afford the new Samsung phone . A friend had this phone so it went on sale and ​I bought 2 of them . My wife and I love how the turbo charger can charge the phone quick. The large display is great. It's features are not up to Samsung stardards but it's a great phone for the budget minded person.

Hey folks, be advised, refurb phones do not come with oem charge block or cable. 3 feet of stiif usb, and Sanjo charge block. Bestbuy should be up front about this at their site.

Thephone takes great pictures, the battery life is long. I like the 4k feature on the phone, it takes ok videos.But I find the phone to be sturdy and so far it is working good.

It looked new upon arrival, works well, battery not as good as I'd like, but for the price is sufficient. Overall happy with this purchase.
