Yes but if you know how to connect devices via Bluetooth, It's a piece of cake! Plug it into USB connected to head unit & then connect to your phone via Bluetooth. Takes less than 5 minutes!

It's a simple usb plug in. Anyone should be able to install it as long as your stereo has an exposed USB port.

I am sure that the Geek Squad can charge you for the service. However all you need to do is watch a youtube video of it and install it yourself.
