If it's no longer working, contact Motorola's tech support. It has a 1-year warranty, so they should be able to replace it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine stopped working a month ago. Emailed support but they never answered. I went through their chat, explained it was in a cycle, and within 5 minutes they sent an email for a replacement
