Will this work for Q60 Infiniti 2018 null

This device is universal. I use it in a 2020 Miata and it works great. As long as you have a USB plug it should work fine.

It's hard to answer the question accurately for a specific car model (since there can always be individual compatibility bugs, etc.), but the unit is supposed to work with any car that supports wired (non-wireless) Android Auto and is not dependent on much specific support from the car beyond that.
