“Does this camera need wifi in order to work? I have a very expensive Samsung camera currently, and it works great. However, we have a lot of problems with it staying connected to the wifi because our house is so big, and the router is so far from the nursery. Does this monitor work without wifi?”

• The monitor does not need wifi. However, its range is somewhat limited by distance and the number of walls or floors it has to penetrate. Ours works well within the home, penetrating one floor and a couple of walls. It gets iffy on the patio, however, about 40 feet or so in straight-line distance from the camera.
