Yes, however if both your monitors are 27 I would not recommend if your intentions are to put them side by side. One of them has to be way smaller in order for that to work.

If your monitor has a VESA pattern either 100mm x 100 mm or 75mm x 75 mm and weighs less than 19.8lbs then this mount will work perfectly.
