Dose it support VESA mounting? null

It comes with two square vesa mounting plates you can screw onto the backs of the monitors and then clip into the ends of the atms

strictly VESA, 75 mm holes and 100 mm holes. I think that's 4 inches and 5 inches between holes.

yes it have to 22in monitor. Its great
