“My desk/apartment is not level. Can monitors be adjusted to tilt "slightly?" That is, adjust it so it tilts like 3 degrees to the right or are there set positions for rotation?”

I bought this a few weeks ago. you can 360 spin the monitor along the plane of the screen. slightly angle up and down if you are looking up at one and move pretty variably the arms. i constantly am adjusting my motions to be level because i move them often and want it to be perfect, so to answer your question directly.. yes full control of rotation and stiffness for 3° of rotation (no presets) One thing to think about is having the same monitor on each arm so they are level, mine are mounted in different spots on the back and uneven height. if that’s you, spend a little more for two individual arm mounts (kinda looks like a bionic Y) not a center pole based one.
