  • QuestionCan this holder hold a Dell all-in-one (Inspiron 27 7000 series)? The stand is full-screen width (18" x 7") and it needs to be flat!.

    Asked by David.

    • Answer If I understand your question, will the laptop, when opened like a laptop (not a tablet A-Frame) fit on the holding tray. I think it would. I use a 16 MacBook Pro, and it fits on the stand with no overlap. There is only a lip on the front of the tray, so any laptop can extend over the left/right/back and still lay flat (on the holding tray). Note the stand does, have a slight forward tilt. I think this is the design to have the laptop keyboard slightly tilted toward you for easier typing, and the laptop now rests against the front edge. The holder cannot be adjusted to be perfectly flat I think by design. Using the Dell in the tablet mode, shaped like an A on the stand I don't think would be safe/sturdy. I'd would too easy to fall off. Hope this helps.

  • QuestionWhat is the minimum desk thickness the C-clamp will fit. I need something for my small recliner laptop desk. It is not very thick at all.

    Asked by Stormwolfe.

    • Answer Dear Customer, This unit's clamp allows the clamping plate to be flush with the base so there isn't a minimum distance it has for it to close. However, most clamps need it at least .5" to work properly so it would be recommend to have at least that much thickness on the table top that you are using.
