Yes, You can choose not to install the bottom portion of the feet. The Best Buy photos show a metal footing on the right side and a plastic footing on the left. Those pieces can be left off and the stand will sit a little bit shorter.

If you are talking about the side holder than it is not adjustable but it holds my tablet just fine.
