• Allen wrench that came with it on either the top bolt joint or bottom depending where it's dropping. Twist to the right, left loosens.

• Hello, Please ensure that the Monitor is attached to the VESA plate. If the monitor falls down, you will need to adjust the tension counter clock wise following the + arrow . Ensure you are using the Allen key as shown below. Please review the tutorial here: https://youtu.be/11njaBGmGEM?t=26 I understand that this may not be the same unit, but the concept is the same.
