  • QuestionIs it possible for 2 of the arms to be stacked on top of each other? One higher, then one immediately below it (vertically stacked, but still in landscape orientation)

    Asked by StephanieB.

    • Answer Thank you for reaching out! To answer your question: no, it is not possible to vertically stack two of the monitors directly on top of each other with this specific triple mount model (MI-4753B). While the gas spring arms offer a great range of full-motion articulation—including height adjustment, tilt, and swivel—they are designed to spread out horizontally on a single tier. The central pole and arm configuration do not provide enough vertical clearance or independent height adjustment on a single post to allow one standard landscape monitor to sit completely and cleanly above another. If a stacked layout is what you are looking for, we highly recommend checking out our dedicated vertical dual or triple monitor stands designed specifically for top-and-bottom configurations.

  • QuestionCan monitor arms be detached? And how far from the clamp position can the arms extend forward (towards the person from the rear of the desk)

    Asked by Jon.

    • Answer While the monitor arms can technically be detached, they are designed to remain mounted during regular use to ensure stability. Regarding the reach, each arm provides a maximum extension of 27.8" from the rear of the desk toward the user; this total length is comprised of a 7.3" lower arm, a 7.3" middle arm, an outer arm ranging from 8.7"–10.8", and a 2.4" mount pivot.
