• Yes, it does come with screws. They are about 3/4 inch long (I don't remember the exact length but they do not all the way through the desk top which is 1 1/4 inches thick).

• Yes, screws come with this. I don't remember how long they are, but the shelf I mounted the unit to is 3/4 inch thick and they did not come through. It has held up well.
