A:AnswerThere is some adjustment either up or down it just depends how much you need there are 4 bracket thst hold the tray they do adjust and it is sturdy

Great question, the brackets on their respective side are placed 11.9" apart with the screw holes sitting at 10.5" apart. The overall length of the unit is 21" with the depth/width being 17".
A:AnswerYes, it does come with screws. They are about 3/4 inch long (I don't remember the exact length but they do not all the way through the desk top which is 1 1/4 inches thick).
