My headphones came in a small, black bag. The bag can definitely be used to carry the headphones around if not in use. In fact; when I received the headphones, I thought the bag was empty. The USB charging cable and the double-male ear-jack cable were in the bag.

It comes with a small bag and headphones can be closed and fit into the bag. I did not see any type of hard cases when i opened it.
