“I am having the same problem. The try me button plays snippets of the stations. The on / off and tuner knobs do nothing. I put brand new batteries in with no difference. . How is this thing supposed to work? Has anyone got one and made it work? How?”

We were having this problem as well and if you unplug the "try me" from the back of the radio - it works. I don't know why they don't include that with the instructions.
