Q: I am having the same problem. The try me button plays snippets of the stations. The on / off and tuner knobs do nothing. I put brand new batteries in with no difference. . How is this thing supposed to work? Has anyone got one and made it work? How?

A: We were having this problem as well and if you unplug the "try me" from the back of the radio - it works. I don't know why they don't include that with the instructions.

Q: When I press the try me button it works, but the on button does not play.I changed the batteries and it still does not play I bought it 11/4/2020
