• You can plug everything in it once but you get all the lights to dance. He want them to to the music you have to take and turn the transmitter off then back on and then your lights will be synchronized with the transmitter and the receivers.

• It doesn't matter, when the receivers are plugged in, the lights seem to start "off", and then the transmitter being plugged in triggers them as it signals them to turn on once the music starts. If the transmitter is plugged in 1st, the receivers will be triggered once the transmitter signals them. Sometimes it takes a few seconds for things to get rolling properly.
