Don't listen to the other reviews, this thing is great. YOU must read the instructions about the receivers. Up to 50 ft away from the base unit but not within 2 feet of another receiver. I had the same issue until I read the directions :) For the money , this thing is AWESOME.

Worked like a charm! Can’t believe I got it on sale! This thing is amazing…used 3 of them outdoors and one indoors and they synced up really well. I have them all plugged in to smart plugs that are set to turn on at sunset and off at 1:00 AM. You can’t really tell from the photos but there is one on the other side of my driveway about 25 feet away, the main unit is right in front of my front door, there is one sensor about 3 feet to the right of it, the other one is about 20 feet to the left of it in the front of the house and the 4th one is about 8 feet away from the unit but inside the house controlling some snowflakes on the window. They come on and turn off perfectly. Great product!

I purchased this at the beginning of the year! I couldn’t wait to set my lights up and show it off! Great beginner set up! I only wish I was able to connect to an FM transmitter!

We love this little item. It's so fun to use with our outdoor Christmas decor. It's actually louder than we thought it would be, so we don't have to turn the volume up very much. It has a nice assortment of tunes for a great holiday feel. We use it with an outdoor smart plug so we can control it via an app, and that works perfectly for us.

I have had this set up for about 2 weeks, it was super easy and works perfect so far, I have all 4 modules set up and lights all flash according to the music. the sound is nice and loud, but controllable, so you can make it really low if you want to. I have the main module in the middle of the yard and i the wireless modules scattered around the yard, and it all works like a charm.. After reading reviews elsewhere about performance in wet conditions (apparently the main unit not as waterproof as it probably should be), I purchased a small square red container from the dollar store and covered it so it can't get wet, (the speaker is on the bottom so it doesn't impact the sound).. So far so good!

It's nice to have the remote/control and sync but I feel like it can be flaky. Sometimes some zones don't seem to come on unless I turn the base off and on again. Sometimes they don't go off when the base goes off. I was trying to use this to control outlets that don't have smart plugs (and use the sound/light show) but the wireless just seems flaky. When it works it's great. Feel like this needs a more modern update.

I bought this item just about 2 years ago, but I finally used it this year. The concept is great but the function not so much. It comes with 4 receivers labeled 1 through 4 with 1 and 2 being the main ones with more light interactions and receivers 3 and 4 having less interactions though in my case 3 and 4 always had trouble connecting and would almost always remain off. You can't really find this item in stores anymore, maybe due to its unreliability, its predecessor, the wired model is still available, I guess it worked better, I'm thinking of buying the 1st wired model for next year and see how it goes.

Like many others, I've had issues with the transmitters not working. There will be times they don't work at all. Sometimes they will work for 2 or 3 songs then stop. Its all a guessing game to me. Another review mentioned it only worked on MAX volume and I have that issue as well. The idea is great, execution leaves me disappointed. Works properly about 20% of the time.

Never got to use year we bought it, so never opened until this year. Setup was easy, sound quality ok, but one of the 4 wireless controllers failed within two weeks of use.

Well worth the discounted price, does some awesome things with my holiday lights. Not sure I would have paid the full price but recommend this set up to make your yard amazing.

I will see next year if it works. The bad thing is it has to have a gfi plug for each plug and speaker.

This product works really well… When it works. I’ve returned two sets because each time Transmitter number 2 stops working after a day and a half of use. I followed all the troubleshoot directions through Best Buy and on the Mr. Christmas product support page. I was eventually able to find an older hardwired version (green box). I think mr. Christmas needs to work on the transmitter issues before releasing another version of this product. I can see why they reduced the price down to $49.99.

Worked for my Christmas lights. Was able to run lights without extra extension cords.

Mr Christmas lights is very innovative. There is one transmitter and four receivers. Simple to use if you follow instructions to make sure the receivers are more than two feet away from each other. May be used indoor or outdoor. We put the transmitter indoor and put two receivers outside and used one indoor and it worked great!

Nice product. My Christmas lights got a boost when paired with this product.
