Manual: "press and hold the Hour an Minute button until the time is correct". That did it for me. Make sure AM/PM is correct. If you've been twiddling with the buttons, you may have accidentally jammed the device up. Suggest you unplug it to reset it's memory. Then try setting the time again. It's worked perfectly for us. We also had to learn the the correct way to adjust the settings though. We found it easiest to keep the manual out for the first couple of days.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Actually, it is almost too easy to change the clock. First, when you push the "Hour" button the number should change accordingly. Set it to the hour time. Then, push the "Minute" button until you are at the desired time. That should be it, and the numbers should stop flashing. When I say it is too easy, we (my wife or I) have noticed a few time when we have lifted the unit, we inadvertently hit the hour button and changed the time.
