• 13 inches. You can open the top with 18 inches of clearance under a cabinet. Since the cover closes securely you can also brew with it under the cabinet and not have to worry about excessive steam damage.

• It stands 13 inches high. You need 18-1/2 inches clearance to completely open the lid.
