A:Answer There is no setting to keep it on longer, but what I do is, when the coffee maker beeps because it is shutting off, I just go and hit the on button again and the coffee maker turns back on for another two hours keep the plate and old coffee hot. Not the best thing to do, but it works for me, and I have been doing this for a few years. I also do replace the coffee maker about every year and a half.
