“after the cleaning process the red clean light still stays on, why?”

• If you don't clean it per the booklet instructions, the red light doesn't go off. It has different instructions that how people may normally clean their machine.

• Unplug it and plug it back in. You may have a bad unit, mine has NEVER lit up, so I have no idea. Just return it and exchange it
