• uses a ten cup flat bottomed filter-permanent filter was included-cannot use paper filter with the permanent filter -must use one or the other

• I have been using the regular filters that fit pretty much all coffee makers and haven’t had a problem.

• Regular filters and I’m sure you can use permanent filter but not sure why you would want that.
