• You need to brew the 4 Cups. However, you will see that this coffeemaker's 4 Cups is drastically smaller than conventional makers. So, I think you will be perfectly satisfied with the amount on this coffeemaker of 4 Cups. I use this level everyday, and it really is only enough for the 2 cups of coffee you desire. Enjoy!

• You gotta' set it to 4 cups. However, "Mr. Coffee" cups are very small. I get two full mugs with it set to 4 cups. It works out perfect for me.
