“After updated my laptop, now it cannot connect to wifi anymore. It keeps saying "no internet, secured". And the thing is the same thing happened to my old MSI laptop. Has anyone had the same issue?”

I bought this machine to trade penny stocks on. While I can connect to wifi or usb teher it will not run both of the trading platforms I use at the same time on a dual monitor setup. While both are online one of them is not cloud based, and it is the one that crashes the most. It has also started to crash while running without the second monitor. I updated the drivers and windows, Geek Squad found a few that I missed, and sadly the problem remains. It has gotten to the point that it can't even open a small app like Microsoft Jigsaw a lot of the time. Now that I have seen others with the same problem I will definitley be returning this computer. This is my first experience with MSI outside of an industrial setting and I am very disappointed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.One of the recent Windows Updates broke the Killer and Intel network adapter drivers. All you will have to do is download the latest driver from the Killer and Intel websites and install them. You will need a second PC and a flash drive to do this if you do not currently have a network connection.
