Same thing happened to me .. call the store they will resend it.....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The same thing happened to us when we made the purchase over Christmas...I called customer service and they solved the problem over the phone in just a couple of minutes by sending me the code via email.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately you will have to call 1-888-BEST-BUY and ask to be connected with the digital download department. Explain your purchase and which bundle you are in need of, make sure to have your receipt handy as they will need information off of it to confirm your purchase, and they will be able to email you the code. Same exact situation that I was in and this course of action solved the problem.
