You need to go to MSI.com and register your laptop. From there it will give you the instructions on how to redeem for the game code.

If you check with your internet provider they might do antivirus as well. Xfinity does Norton with my internet

Go to https://register.msi.com/ to register. Once you set up an account, navigate to the promotions link and redeem Black ops 4. You must provide a picture of your receipt that shows the invoice number of your purchase (either paper or digital), and a picture of your laptop’s serial number. You will get a promo code for the game within a week or two.
