“Had mine a week love it but the On Off Button seems "flaky". It's not a positive click on off button but at times I have to push it 5-10 times to turn of or hold it down for 20 seconds. Is this normal or should I return it for another? Thanks”

Are you pressing the finger sensor or the barely visible "power" symbol? You should not have any issues turning it on if you use the finger sensor as the power button, if you are then you need to use the warranty Thanks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would return it. That does not seem normal. Mine is fine and turns on and sleeps after each push. I believe the hold for 20 is a hard reboot.
