You can add another M.2 as there is one open slot on the motherboard. But to access it you have to remove and flip the motherboard.

Yes, it has 2 NVME SSD slots. From the factory and bestbuy, one is being used for the 512 gig SSD, but the other is empty and can be used for another NVME SSD of your choosing.
